Send an email to al@orbon.co.uk with the subject Data deletion request.

Include your name, a way to contact you, and, if your request concerns Paroot, the WhatsApp number or business account involved. Do not include passwords, authentication codes or unnecessary message contents.

We aim to acknowledge your request within seven days and respond without undue delay, normally within one month. Where deletion is appropriate, we will aim to complete it within 30 days after verifying the request and establishing which data we control. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.

If you remove Paroot from your Meta business integrations, you may use this same process to request deletion. Removing an integration does not itself necessarily delete all previously processed data.

Where a business customer controls the WhatsApp conversation data, we may need to refer the request to that business or act on its instructions. We may ask for reasonable verification before deleting information.
